Payments shall be made as per the following milestones:
10% – Booking Advance (Non-refundable) upon order confirmation.
40% – Prior to commencement of production, after final design approval and BOQ sign-off.
50% – Before dispatch of materials from the warehouse and commencement of installation.
The initial quotation is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any confirmation received after the validity period may require a revised quotation based on prevailing material and market prices.
A 10% booking advance is mandatory to confirm the order.
The booking advance is non-refundable.
The initial quotation is prepared based on the preliminary design and scope discussed.
During the design finalization and pre-production stage, the final quotation may vary by ±10% to ±15% due to:
Actual site measurements
Finalized production drawings
Optimization of material usage
Design detailing
Upon receipt of the 10% booking advance, the revised quotation shall remain valid for 60 calendar days.
Beyond this period, The Neo Studio reserves the right to revise the quotation based on prevailing market prices.
The following items are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the quotation:
Civil work
Painting
Electrical work
Plumbing work
Granite/Quartz work
Hole cutting
Dismantling
Any additional work not expressly included in the quotation
Any changes requested after design approval, including changes in:
Dimensions
Materials
Finishes
Accessories
Layout
shall be treated as a Variation Order and may attract additional charges along with revision of project timelines.
The committed project completion timeline shall commence only after:
Receipt of all agreed advance payments
Final design approval
Written confirmation of site readiness
Any delay in approvals, payments, or site readiness shall automatically extend the project schedule.
Payments shall be made strictly as per the agreed payment schedule.
Delay in payments may result in:
Production being placed on hold
Dispatch being delayed
Installation being postponed
until all outstanding dues are cleared.
Transportation within city limits is included for eligible orders.
Loading and unloading through lifts are included.
Staircase handling, if required, shall be charged additionally.
The customer shall ensure that all:
Civil work
Flooring
Electrical work
Plumbing work
Painting
Related site activities
are completed before installation.
Delays caused due to site conditions shall not be attributable to The Neo Studio.
Materials shall be supplied as per the approved quotation.
In the event of discontinuation or non-availability of any approved material, an equivalent alternative of similar quality and specification shall be offered with prior customer approval.
The finished product shall substantially conform to the approved design.
Minor variations in:
Colour
Grain
Texture
Laminate pattern
Finish
Visual appearance
arising from manufacturing processes, natural material characteristics, or screen representation shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Cleaning shall be limited to the work areas executed by The Neo Studio.
Kitchen countertops shall be installed only after completion of the base cabinet installation.
Any dismantling and reinstallation required due to prior installation of countertops shall be chargeable.
If the customer is unable to accept delivery due to site readiness or any customer-related reason after production is completed, storage charges may apply until delivery is completed.
The booking advance is non-refundable.
If production has commenced, the customer shall also be liable for the cost of materials procured and work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Under no circumstances shall the liability of The Neo Studio exceed the value of the products supplied under the respective order.
The Neo Studio accepts orders with a minimum order value of ₹4,00,000.
Confirmation of the order together with payment of the booking advance shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
This quotation, agreement, and all transactions arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
